La paroisse orthodoxe Saint-Germain-et-St-Cloud de Louveciennes

Fondée en 1977, elle appartient au Vicariat orthodoxe roumain de France. Le Vicariat appartient lui-même à la Métropole Orthodoxe Roumaine d’Europe Occidentale et Méridionale, présidée par le Métropolite Joseph.

Notre évêque est membre du Saint-Synode de l’Eglise orthodoxe de Roumanie ainsi que de l’Assemblée des évêques orthodoxes de France. Par lui, notre paroisse est reliée à l’Eglise orthodoxe universelle.

Tous les diocèses orthodoxes de France comprennent, à côté des fidèles d’origine étrangère, des Orthodoxes de souche française. Les Orthodoxes des différents diocèses se rendent souvent visite, coopèrent dans plusieurs domaines et participent à un Congrès orthodoxe triennal. La langue française est de plus en plus fréquemment utilisée.
Des Français convertis à l’Orthodoxie composent principalement la paroisse Saint-Germain-et-Saint-Cloud.

Celle-ci célèbre tous les offices de l’Eglise orthodoxe en langue française.
Notre musique liturgique est fondée sur les huit tons latins mais nous avons fréquemment recours à la musique d’origine slave.

Les Orthodoxes d’Occident vénèrent les saints orthodoxes universels dont les saints locaux du premier millénaire, tels saint Germain et saint Cloud, saint Martin, sainte Geneviève, sainte Blandine ...

Bonjour,

On est une famille roumaine et orthodoxe.
On voudrait officier le bapteme de notre fille - ELENA - née le 18.03.2008, dans votre église, sachant qu'on habite Achères.

Comment peut-on programmer cela? Comme date, on est décidé pour le 14 Juin, si possible.
